With Tim and Andy Holmes as Managing Directors of both companies, Holmes Wellington and the Wairarapa based Holmes Construction Group are closely associated. Paul Meo, Wayne Robinson, Mal Bird and Brent Pitkethley are minor shareholders of the Wellington company.
Here in Wellington, we operate under a ‘one team’ approach, where senior management is at the forefront alongside all other personnel. This environment fosters the flow of communication and input from our diverse range of experienced staff, and for the benefit of our clients.

Tim has been with the company from the beginning; after training with the Holmes Construction Group and working as a Project Manager with Fletcher Construction, he returned to purchase and manage the family business.
Having worked on many landmark buildings in the Wellington region, Paul is renowned in the commercial building industry. After refining his skills through experience in both New Zealand and abroad, Paul brings extensive knowledge to his role as Project Manager.
After working on multiple, challenging projects in New Zealand and Australia, Mal has built a reputation for his on-time delivery. As a Project Manager with Holmes Wellington, he is tireless in his efforts to please both the company and its clients.
As a Quantity Surveyor with extensive onsite experience, Brent brings a practical approach to his Project Management role with Holmes Wellington. Brent specialises in cost management, a skill that is well regarded in the industry and a benefit to all clients.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Starting with Holmes Wellington as a site manager, Dean supported the progress of our most complex projects. Now, as our Senior Project Manager, Dean focuses his efforts on building and maintaining relationships with clients while bringing their projects to completion.
Wayne has been with Holmes Wellington since the beginning. He is respected within the local construction industry; having had his skills utilised in a number of different organisations. He brings this proven expertise to his role as Senior Estimator.
After training as a Quantity Surveyor in the United Kingdom, Mike joined Holmes Wellington to become an important member of our project team. Working alongside our senior project managers, he delivers on cost management for many of our clients.
After returning from working abroad, Stuart has quickly become an important member of Holmes Wellington. He has a high level of proven skills which include tendering and those as an onsite Quantity Surveyor.
